While the communities of our Province continue to see fluctuation in population and infrastructure needs, the requirement to responsibly manage infrastructure within our communities is clearly evident. It is prudent of our communities to continue to incorporate infrastructure development and renewal plans going forward. Capital works projects offer municipalities an opportunity to eliminate chronic maintenance issues, and to implement newly designed infrastructure that is more resilient to climate change. These investments in infrastructure reduce valuable time and resources required to maintain and repair Town systems.
